Please read these Terms before using the website or making a purchase. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. Our Website and Resources
Easy Urban Lifestyle provides educational content about practical AI skills, gardening, homesteading, home systems, and everyday living. Our resources may include articles, books, ebooks, guides, worksheets, planners, digital kits, and other downloadable materials.
The description provided before purchase explains what each product includes, its format, and any stated requirements. A purchase does not include individual coaching, customized advice, access to paid third-party tools, future editions, or ongoing updates unless the product description expressly includes them.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Use
To make a purchase, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase and accept these Terms on your behalf.

We may change prices for future orders. Price changes do not change the price of an order already accepted. If an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to confirm the corrected order or cancel it and refund any payment collected for it.
4. Digital Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered through the download page, email, or other method described during checkout. Unless expressly identified as a preorder or scheduled release, access is provided after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and having the device, internet access, and software needed to open the file format stated in the product description. Please check your spam or junk folder if a delivery email does not arrive.
If you cannot access a purchase or a file does not work, contact us through our contact form with your order date, product name, and purchase email address. Do not send full payment-card details. We will help restore access, provide a working replacement, or provide an appropriate refund where required or where we cannot deliver the purchased product.
Download and keep a personal backup of your files. Unless expressly promised in the product description, we do not guarantee permanent hosting of download links. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver what you purchased.
5. Refunds and Purchase Problems
